Dell Releases Studio 14z Laptop Starting at $649

Dell's newest 14-inch Studio Laptop lacks a built-in optical drive but is just 0.79–1.2-inches thick.
Dell has rolled out a new Studio laptop in 14" form factor without a built-in optical drive. The Studio 14z sports a stylish & slim design aimed primarily at students.
Studio 14z sports 14-inch LED-backlit 720p/900p LCD, GeForce 9400M integrated graphics and option of Core 2 Duo / Pentium dual-core Intel processor. It also features HDMI, DisplayPort, eSATA, WiFi, 1.3MP webcam with dual digital array mics, 4W SRS 2.0 Audio w/ discrete tweeters and dual headphone jacks. Offering support for up to 500GB Hard Drive, Dell will also offer FastAccess facial recognition software, Remote Access and Phoenix FailSafe Theft Protection on the Studio 14z. Its users can charge USB-connected cell phone & other mobile devices via the USB 2.0/eSATA combo offer even when the laptop switched off. Optional upgrades include slim 8-cell battery pack, Bluetooth, Mobile Broadband, external optical drive & 8-in-1 Media Card Reader via 34mm ExpressCard slot.
The Studio 14z is available in Black Chain Link, Midnight Blue, Spring Green, Plum Purple, Ruby Red and Promise Pink. Dell will donate $5 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure from the purchase of each Promise Pink laptop.

The weight and the price tag of these Dell Computers is hard to match, they are really fighting to beat HP online. You may want to put the expiry dates up like on Dell Coupon Codes though.
