Sony Ericsson Launches MBW-100 Bluetooth Watch

Sony Ericsson and watch maker Fossil partner up to launch the MBW-100 Bluetooth watch.
The MBW-100 is considered a mobile phone accesssory, not a mobile phone. This means you cannot place calls through your watch. The watch comes with an elegant OLED display that displays who is calling when incoming calls come through. It also notifies you of incoming text messages. The watch essentially syncs up with your mobile phone via Bluetooth - best used if your phone is out of reach, in your pocket.
The Bluetooth watch can also be used to control your mobile phones music controls - like play, pause, or skip through songs.
The MBW-100 is crafted from stainless steel with silver facia and will go on sale in Q4 of 2006 for approximately 300 euros ($380 USD).
