Dell and Alienware to Offer 250GB Hard Drives in Laptops

Available in Dell XPS M2010 and Alienware m9700.

Dell and Alienware are now offering 250GB hard drives in their XPS M2010 and m9700 laptops, respectively.

As an added bonus, you can also have two of them configured as RAID-0, for a total of 500GB of mobile goodness. This add-on will tack an additional $300 on to the price, which isn't that bad, considering both laptops are fairly pricey to begin with.

The 250GB drives are being supplied by a mystery manufacturer, so I guess we'll have to wait until someone cracks one of these bad boys open to see who's behind the curtain.
