FCC approves tablet station.

The FCC has given the green light for a reasonably priced option to tablets. This pen-based tablet can by used by cartoonists and animators to bring their evil machinations to life. For those without creative inclinations, you can doodle on it and send your scratches to your friends.

It's planned for a USB interface and is compatible with both Windows and Mac (sorry Linux). The pen itself is compatible with Vista and Office 2007, so it could conceivably be used in the office.

Although there's no word on pricing in the west, this product went for almost Page:1/1
