The Consumer Electronics Show is around the corner and rumor has it Bill Gates will unveil a new XBOX 360 model dubbed XBOX 360 Ultimate.

It's named "Ultimate" for many reasons. First it comes with a newer & cooler 65nm hardware architecture and a near silent fan. Finally! Now you can enjoy games and movies in complete silent rather than listen to that lawn-mowing like fan. Sheesh, what a headache.

Secondly, it will include a 320GB hard drive and of course HD-DVD. Take that PS3!

Lastly, other features such as built-in Wi-Fi, high-definition surround sound audio and of course HDMI for 1080p.
