High End Dell Adamo Desire Gets Hardware Updated, Not Price

The premium Dell Adamo Desire has recently received some new internal hardware, giving the laptop much more power without actually raising the price.

Until today, Dell Adamo Desire laptops shipped with a 1.4GHz CPU and a 128GB SSD. However, they recently received an upgrade, and now come with a significantly faster 2.1GHz Core 2 Duo SL9600. Other specs were bumped up too, like the SSD, now available in 256GB form. You will also get 4GB DDR3 RAM and Windows 7 Home Premium to go with the 13.4" 720p display, 4lb weight, 0.65" width, and 5 hour battery life.

The cost will be unchanged from the $2,299 it previously cost.
