Lenovo IdeaPad U350 Ultra-portable & S12 Netbook Now Available

13.3-inch U350 is an affordable laptop based on Intel's CULV platform while the S12 is Lenovo's first 12-inch Netbook.
Announced earlier this year, Lenovo has officially released new IdeaPad U350 and S12 models in the U.S. The former is based on Intel's Consumer Low Voltage platform and weighs 3.5lbs. with 1-inch thickness. The 12-inch S12 however has netbook-like specs and inappropriately branded as one.
The 13.3-inch IdeaPad U350 features a LED-backlit display, sophisticated cover design, brushed palm rest, EPEAT silver rating and an HDMI port. It also offers 802.11n WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR connectivity. This range starts at $699 and is available immediately.
Lenovo's 12-inch IdeaPad S12 netbook is powered by Intel's Atom N270 Processor, 1GB DDR2 RAM, 6-cell Battery, GMA 950 graphics and 160GB Hard Drive. It has a larger WXGA (1280 x 800) LED-backlit display and full-size keyboard. Both the black and white units are now available for $499.
