The H210 is a cheap desktop PC with decent specs and an appealing price tag.
The H210 comes with either an Intel E2200 or Core 2 Duo E7200 processor, 2Gb - 4GB of RAM, a 500GB or 600GB HDD, a dual-layer DVD burner, and integrated Intel GMA 3100 graphics.
To keep things comfortable for the user, Lenovo equipped the machine with an array of features. One such feature is the Bright Vision technology, which allows the computer to automatically adjust the the monitor brightness depending on the surrounding light levels.
The Bright Vision technology is able to do this via an small webcam mounted on the monitor, and the Bright Vision software, which is preinstalled on the system.
Another interesting feature is the VeriFace recognition system, which is a Lenovo special. The webcam mounted on the monitor is also used as a face recognition system, which uses the computers users face as a log-in 'password' - essentially, biometrics taken to the next level.
If you want someone to log in under your name, they can still use a traditional manual password to bypass the VeriFace system.
In an effort to be gadget-friendly, Lenovo placed 16 media ports on the front of the computer, each taking a different type of media card - you'd be hard pressed to find a camera or other gadget that couldn't be used on the H210.
If popping out a media card isn't your cup of tea, there's also eight USB ports on the system, ensuring there is room for both dedicated devices - like printers and scanners - and temporary devices, such as mp3 players, cellphones, and cameras.
Finally, Lenovo aims to make sure your data is always safe, even in the event of a crashed partition or HDD eating worm. The H210 comes loaded with the Lenovo Rescue System, a single button the user can press to restore a stable copy of their system in the event of a crash. In addition, Rescue System will do a system scan and alert you to the corruption issues, and offer a way to fix them.
If the H210 sounds like the right tower for you, then you can purchase it from Lenovo or certified retailers for a price of $399.
