LG claims 12 hours of battery life and 7 and a half hours of video playback time with their new LG X130 netbook with 9 cell battery. Similar netbook configurations manages up to 6 hours of battery, however LG insists twice battery time with this netbook.
The netbook is based on Intel Atom N270 1.60 GHz processor, with 1 GB RAM and 160 GB Hard drive. It's equipped with 10.1 inch LCD with 1024 x 600 screen resolution. These specifications are standard for a netbook and only actual benchmarks will reveal the true battery potential.
The netbook is available in 3 colors, pink, black and white. It's equipped with Wi-Fi b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.0. The OS is Windows XP Home and option for 3G WWAN is not available currently. The LG X130 is on sale in Asia and Europe for around $632.
