Sony Vaio T Back with CULV Processor

The Sony Vaio T-series was phased out some time ago due to undisclosed reasons, but its back now with a CULV based processor, some hardware upgrades and extended battery life.
The new notebooks gives the option for an Intel Celeron SU 2300 1.20GHz, Core 2 Duo S9400 1.40GHz and Core 2 Duo SU9600 1.60GHz dual-core processors. The system supports up to 8GB RAM and either a 500GB Hard disk or a 512GB SSD. The 11.1-inch notebook can be upgraded with a Digital TV Tuner, Blu-Ray drive, Wi-Fi b/g/n, fingerprint scanner and Gigabit Ethernet. It comes with Windows 7 OS.
These ultraportables are rated for 11 hours of battery time with standard battery, whereas an extended battery can take the runtime to 17 hours. It's available for retail in Japan for ¥129,800 (about $1,405).
