Stealth Unveils Warrior 2000 Rugged Laptop/Tablet

Stealth Computers has released a new laptop/tablet for its rugged lineup, the Warrior NW-2000. It is encased in a magnesium alloy chassis and meets the MIL-810F standard for shock and vibration.
The laptop/tablet hybrid is based on Intel Core 2 duo 1.06 GHz ULV Processor, 2 GB RAM, Intel GMA X3100 graphics and shock mounted 160 GB Hard disk or an optional SSD. It's equipped with a 1280x800 13.3 inches sunlight viewable resistive touchscreen which can be operated with finger touch or the included stylus pen. It has brilliant spill resistant keyboard with LED backlit keys.
There's also support for Wi-Fi b/g/n, gigabit Ethernet, GPS, Modem and Bluetooth. It also includes a standard DVD burner, PC Card slot and optional HSDPA. For security, it has a fingerprint reader and TPM security module. It gives up to 6 hrs battery time and weighs 9.04 lbs. The price starts at $4,895.
