Here at the one of the secret LaptopLogic Labs, a nice package arrived earlier this month - the new Toshiba Qosmio F45 AV412. This unit packs a Core 2 Duo processor, 15.4' widescreen LCD, 2GB RAM, and Windows Vista Ultimate right out of the box - but it also sports the brand new HD DVD format for watching uncompromising high definition movies right on your lap. And without further ado - Laptop Logic presents the Toshiba Qosmio F45 AV412
Simple Black box, nice handle, and effective Chrome logo, it's a pretty decent box
Upon opening, you are greeted with a firmly packed smaller accessories' box, and the laptop beneath that.
The laptop comes with an anti-dust / scratch wrapping that protects the LCD from foreign objects. This is nothing new for laptops, but it's nice to see that the skin wraps the entirety of the LCD lid as welland there's good reason for that when we show you how shiny it is! On another note - this laptop is pretty thick' - not a thin and light laptop!
Inside the smaller accessories box you will find a user manual, quick reference guide, the power brick and cords to connect it to the wall outlet.
